A. Homeware Items Refund/Return Policy
Return/Refund Policy, Process & Eligibility
Eligible homeware items can be returned or refunded within 14 days from the delivery date.
Contact our Customer Service team (E-mail: support@thenomad.ae, Call: 055 481 87 52) to initiate a refund request and schedule the return date and time.
Eligibility for Return & Refund:
Your homeware item will be eligible for a refund within 14 days from the delivery date if any of the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unopened, and remains in its original packaging and condition.
The product is damaged upon arrival.
An incorrect item is delivered.
Note:
Please provide the invoice when returning the item.
Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Purchases
Duvets, bed sheets, mattresses, pillows, cushions, comforters, bath/sanitary items, towels, quilts, and rugs due to safety reasons.
Custom-made orders.
Used goods accidentally damaged by the customer.
Items without original packaging.
Delivered and installed chandeliers & lighting.
Furniture items are not eligible for change of mind refunds.
Refund Method:
Once the refund is confirmed, the amount will be processed back to your debit/credit card or E-wallet account, depending on the original payment method. (Except for change of mind requests, where the refund will be issued only to your E-wallet account)
Refund Transaction:
Refund to the source account takes approximately 14 business days for debit/credit card payments.
For purchases made using store credit, the refund will be issued back to your E-Wallet account within 2-3 business days after receiving the product at our facility.
Refund Denied:
We are unable to process a refund if your returned item does not meet the policy conditions or if proof of purchase is not provided. Please retain your receipt.
B. Furniture Items Refund/Return Policy
Refund Policy, Process & Eligibility:
Once delivered, furniture items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, regardless of the packaging, except in the following cases:
If the furniture is damaged upon arrival.
If an incorrect item is delivered.

Manufacturing Defect Resolution
Step-by-step process:
Repair: Our team will service the damaged item.
Replace: If the damaged item cannot be repaired, we will issue a replacement request for the same product.
Refund: If the item cannot be repaired or replaced (depending on the defect and availability), a refund will be issued back to the source account.
Damaged Items
If items are damaged during transportation, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
Manufacturing Defect
A full refund or exchange will be offered upon management approval for furniture items with manufacturing defects within the specified warranty period. Photo evidence of the defect is required for the refund/exchange.
Change of Mind
Change of mind refunds are not accepted for furniture items.
Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Purchases
Custom-made orders.
Used items accidentally damaged by the customer.
Items sold "As-Is" under the clearance section without warranty or possibility of repair before delivery.
Items sold from display.
Return, refund, or exchange for any furniture item will be denied due to customer-related inconveniences during delivery. The Nomad is not responsible for issues regarding building lift size/capacity, narrow doors, low ceilings, or narrow passageways.
Refund Method
Once the refund is confirmed, the amount will be processed back to your debit/credit card or E-wallet account, depending on the original payment method.
Refund Transaction
Refund to the source account takes approximately 14 business days for debit/credit card payments.
For purchases made using store credit, the refund will be issued back to your E-Wallet account within 2-3 business days after receiving the product at our facility.
Note:
The E-Wallet amount is valid for 6 months from the issue date.
Refund Denied
We are unable to process a refund if your returned item does not meet the policy conditions or if proof of purchase is not provided. Please retain your receipt.
After 14 days from the delivery date, items can no longer be exchanged or refunded, except for furniture items upon management approval if a manufacturing defect is found within the specified warranty period. Photo evidence of the defect is required for the refund/exchange.
C. Homeware & Furniture - Refund for Discounted Items
Free of Charge Items
Any item given free of charge with a purchased product must be returned as well.
Gift Card/Coupon/Offers/Vouchers
If you return a product purchased with a gift card, coupon, or offer, the other items bought under the same order will no longer be applicable. The benefits of the gift card, coupon, or offer will not be included in the refund. For example, if the returned item is part of a buy 2 get 1 free offer, all products bought under that order must be returned as they were purchased as a group.
The voucher value will also be forfeited if an exchange or refund is requested after purchasing an item using a promo code. For example, if the transaction value is AED 1000 (AED 800 paid by Credit/Debit card + AED 200 by promo code), the refund amount will only be AED 800.
D. Homeware & Furniture - Shipping Charges
The refund amount will exclude the delivery charges paid. We will not refund these charges for any item that has already been delivered to your home. The refund will be processed based on our evaluation of the product's condition upon return.
